Butifarra Blanca


To accompany the toast with fuet.


We offer the white Perol butifarra with the traditional recipe of my aunt Pepita Puigvert, who’s from a small town close to the Mediterranean sea called Sant Cebrià de Vállalta, near Sant Pol. It has a spicy touch because of the pepper. It has to be served sliced and over a slice of toast bread with tomato, oil and salt.
