In each pack there are 3 units of Butifarra. The product leaves our warehouse frozen and in an isothermal container. During transport it will have lost its frozen qualities and once opened, store in a refrigerator and consume within a maximum period of 7 days.

Although it is from the same family as fuet, the drying process takes five weeks and contains more spices and a more intense touch of pepper.
